Inside our Shenzhen facility

We are not a trading office with a courier account. Stock, repair bench and calibration work all happen in the same building, at NO.19 Tianbao Road, Shiyan Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen — which is why we can tell you exactly what is on the floor today.

LEDs working before dispatch

Everything counted here is physical stock. When a batch sells out it comes off the site, because a stock list you cannot buy from is worse than no stock list at all.

From container to packed case

Incoming batch

Screens arrive from rental companies, event producers and venues that have finished a run. We unload, count and log the batch against its collection sheet before any work starts.

Scan and repair

Every module is powered and scanned. Failed lamp beads, damaged masks, damaged chips, inoperative receiving cards, power supplies and aviation plugs are replaced.

Calibration

Batches showing colour drift between cabinets go through optical calibration, so the wall looks even once it is assembled rather than patchy.

Ageing test

Repaired and calibrated batches are powered up again and left running for an ageing test, so weaknesses that only appear after sustained operation are found here rather than at your show.

Store and pack

Repaired panels are racked by batch so modules, cabinets and spares stay matched, then packed into flight cases with cables, locks and a spare kit when an order is placed.

Storage and packing

How a used screen is stored decides how it arrives. Ours are kept by batch rather than by size, so that a spare module bought six months later still matches the panel it is meant to replace.

  • Batches racked together so modules, cabinets and spare parts stay matched
  • Panels stored rather than stacked loose, to protect masks and cabinet corners
  • Flight cases, butterfly locks and screws supplied with every order
  • All power and signal cables packed with the batch
  • Spare kit prepared to the order quantity: power supply, receiving card, mask, LED, IC
  • Batch photographed and documented before it leaves the building

Ask for any of these by brand and pitch and we will send photographs, video and the batch specification sheet.

What each batch goes through while it is here

Nothing sits in the racks as goods received. Every batch is counted against its packing list, scanned for dead LEDs, repaired where a module needs it, calibrated against the batch it will ship with, and powered up on a live signal before it is cased. The full list of checks, and the documents we issue with each one, is on the inspection records page.

Stock moves, so the snapshot above is a point-in-time view. If you want to see a specific batch, ask for it by brand and pitch and we will send photographs, video and the specification sheet. A pitch we do not hold — P2.91, for example — can still be sourced on request; the product page sets out what is physically on the floor and what has to be found.

Come and inspect a batch

If you are sourcing at scale, the cheapest risk reduction available is a flight to Shenzhen. Tell us the day before and the batch you want to see will be pulled out and powered up. Recent work built from this stock is collected on the showcases page.
