Frequently asked questions
Do you have any dead LED on your screen?
Our job is to repair dead LED and ensure that all LEDs are 100% working before shipping.
Will you include flight case and cables?
Yes, we have included the flight case, butterfly lock, screws, all power and signal cables. If we are missing some parts when collecting, we will also purchase new parts to replace them so that you receive a complete system.
What is the quality of the used screen?
Our collection of used screens are from famous LED manufacturers, such as Unilumin, Absen, Gloshine, LightLink, Dicolor and more than 10 brands of used LED displays. The quality of big brands is always trustworthy.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is about 3-7 days.
Do you include spare parts?
Yes, we will prepare some spare parts according to your order quantity, such as: power supply, receiving card, mask, LED, IC, etc. If you want more spare parts we can also buy them for you.
Do you have a warehouse in Europe?
Not yet. Our warehouses are all in Shenzhen, China, because we need to repair LEDs, not just sell used screens.
Which brands do you actually hold in stock?
Four brands are physically on our floor right now: Gloshine, Dicolor, LightLink and NovaStar. That is 12 batches and roughly 1,490 m² of used panels — about 620 m² of Gloshine, 470 m² of Dicolor and 400 m² of LightLink, plus a NovaStar VX400s-N processor. Absen, Unilumin and other major brands come through us regularly but are not on the floor every week.
Which pixel pitches can I buy today?
P3.91, P4.81 and P6.944 are on the floor now, in both indoor and outdoor versions. P3.91 is the pitch we hold in the greatest quantity because it is the rental workhorse. P2.91 indoor comes through less often, so ask and we will check availability rather than guess — and if you need a pitch that is not on the list at all, we source used screens continuously and will tell you honestly whether we can get it.
Can I mix two batches or brands on one screen?
Technically yes, but you should not have to. Mixing batches usually means mixing brightness, colour and sometimes cabinet geometry, and the wall will need calibration to look even. If your quantity cannot be met from one batch, tell us the total area and we will recommend the cleanest combination we hold.
How are the panels packed for shipping?
In their own flight cases, with butterfly locks and screws, and with all power and signal cables for the batch. Missing parts are purchased new so you receive a complete system rather than a nearly complete one.
Do you test the screen before it ships?
Yes, and the test is not a quick power-on. Every module is scanned for dead LEDs, failed components are replaced, colour drift between cabinets is corrected, and the batch is checked against your order for completeness. We guarantee in writing that all LEDs are 100% working when the screens leave us. After repair and calibration the batch also goes through an ageing test — the cabinets are powered and left running for a sustained period, which is how marginal power supplies and early lamp-bead failures get caught before packing, not at your show.
Are the screens indoor or outdoor?
Both, but the two are not interchangeable on one wall. Indoor and outdoor cabinets differ in brightness and sealing. Tell us whether the wall sits inside a venue or is exposed to weather and we will match the batch to the application.
Can I see photos or video of the exact batch?
Yes — and you should ask before you pay. We photograph and film the actual batch, not a library image, and send it with the specification sheet. If a batch has marks or scuffs, they are visible in the photographs.
Do you supply the control system as well?
We keep the NovaStar VX400s-N video processor in stock. When the processor ships with a screen order we pre-load the receiving-card parameters for your cabinet model and pixel pitch, then hand over the project file so your operator can plug in and run. That removes the most common cause of a used wall that will not come online.
What condition are the used panels in?
They have come off finished rental runs, so they are working panels rather than scrap. They are cleaned, scanned, repaired where needed and colour corrected. Anything that cannot be brought to full working condition is removed from our stock rather than quietly included in a shipment.
Can I visit the warehouse before I buy?
Yes. We are in Bao’an District, Shenzhen, open Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm. Tell us the day before and we will have the batch you want to see pulled out, powered up and ready for inspection.
Did we miss your question? Drop us a line and we will get back within 24 hours.
Matching a used LED screen to your project
Pitch is usually the first question and rarely the only one. This is how the four pitches we hold normally map onto real projects.
| Project | Pitch that usually fits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Touring and concert stage | P3.91 or P4.81 | Balance of image quality and rigging weight, held in large quantities and easy to expand |
| Exhibition and corporate event | P3.91 (P2.91 on request) | Audiences stand close, so pitch matters more than raw brightness |
| Church or fixed venue | P3.91 or P4.81 | Permanent indoor install usually viewed from 5 m and further |
| Retail and shopfront | P3.91 (P2.91 on request) | Close viewing distance and a refresh rate that survives camera work |
| Outdoor stage or festival | P4.81 or P6.944 | Daylight legibility and longer viewing distances |
| Large outdoor and DOOH | P6.944 | Big format at long distance; mesh options reduce wind load |
This is a starting point, not a rule. Send us the venue, the audience distance and the wall size and we will tell you which of our batches actually fits — including the cases where the honest answer is “not this one”.
How to check a used LED screen when it arrives
Ten minutes of checking on arrival is worth more than any argument later. This is the sequence our own technicians use.
- Power the wall up and display full white, full red, full green and full blue
- Walk the wall and count dead LEDs at normal viewing distance, not with your nose against the panel
- Check that every cabinet lock engages and the seams between cabinets close evenly
- Inspect masks for cracks and cabinets for dents and transit damage
- Confirm each cable set, flight case and butterfly lock is present against the packing list
- Photograph anything that looks wrong before the wall is moved again
- Keep the batch documentation with the screens so spare parts can be matched later
If something is not right, send us the photographs. Our guarantee is written into the order precisely so that this is a documented process rather than a negotiation.
Where to read more
These answers cover what we are asked most, but most buyers end up wanting detail on one of three things: what is physically in stock (the product page and the live snapshot on the warehouse page), what is actually tested before dispatch (the inspection records page), or how a batch maps onto a specific project (the showcases page).
