LightLink batches in stock
LightLink is the brand rental companies return to when consistent spare-part supply matters more than the badge on the cabinet. These are the batches physically on our floor, with the areas they were collected in. Cabinet and module dimensions are confirmed per batch on request.
| Pitch | Indoor / outdoor | Batch area | Cabinet size | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P3.91 | Indoor | 170 m² | Confirm on request | |
| P4.81 | Outdoor | 130 m² | Confirm on request | |
| P4.81 | Outdoor | 100 m² | Confirm on request | |
| Total | 3 batches | ≈400 m² | — |
Ask for any of these by pitch and indoor or outdoor version, and we will send photographs, video and the batch specification sheet.
Pitch options for LightLink
LightLink screens are made in more pitches than we hold at any one time. This is what we can supply now and what has to be sourced.
| Pitch | Comfortable viewing distance | Indoor / outdoor | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| P2.91 | About 3 m and further | Indoor | Not currently held — sourced on request |
| P3.91 | About 4 m and further | Indoor and outdoor | In stock — Indoor |
| P4.81 | About 5 m and further | Indoor and outdoor | In stock — Outdoor |
| P6.944 | About 7 m and further | Outdoor | Not currently held — sourced on request |
Viewing distances are a planning guide rather than a hard limit. If you need a pitch that is not held, tell us the quantity and the date and we will check what is coming through instead of promising stock we do not have.
Cabinet and module specifications
Two batches of the same brand and pitch can still differ in cabinet size, brightness and refresh rate. Rather than publish one generic datasheet that would be wrong for at least one batch, we send the specification of the batch you are actually buying.
| Specification | How you get it | Why it decides the project |
|---|---|---|
| Cabinet size (mm) | Batch specification sheet on request | Wall build, rigging plan and packing volume |
| Module size (mm) | Batch specification sheet on request | Spare-part sourcing after delivery |
| Brightness (nits) | Batch specification sheet on request | Indoor legibility versus daylight outdoor use |
| Refresh rate (Hz) | Batch specification sheet on request | Camera work — a low refresh rate flickers on video |
| Cabinet weight (kg) | Batch specification sheet on request | Truss and ground-support load calculations |
| Power consumption | Batch specification sheet on request | Generator and distribution sizing on site |

We photograph and film the batch before packing. If a batch has marks or scuffs, you will see them in the photographs rather than discover them at the venue.
LightLink — questions buyers ask
How much LightLink do you hold?
Three batches, about 400 m² — 170 m² of P3.91 indoor plus 130 m² and 100 m² of P4.81 outdoor. Each batch runs roughly 100 to 170 m², which suits rental fleets that buy usable wall sizes rather than odd quantities. Availability is only half the story — each LightLink batch is scanned, repaired, calibrated and then aged under power before it is offered, so early lamp-bead failures and unstable power supplies are caught before packing.
Why choose LightLink over a bigger name?
Because we refurbish and stock whole batches, we can match modules, masks and receiving cards to the fleet you already run. For a rental company, spare-part continuity usually matters more than the brand on the cabinet.
Can I match an existing LightLink fleet?
Send us the cabinet and module model you run now and we will check compatibility before you order, rather than after the container arrives. Where a batch is not compatible we will say so.
Does LightLink come in outdoor versions?
Yes. Two of our three LightLink batches are P4.81 outdoor, at 130 m² and 100 m², alongside a 170 m² P3.91 indoor batch.
Keeping a LightLink fleet running
Most LightLink buyers already own some. They are not choosing a brand from scratch — they are topping up a fleet, replacing panels that have been retired, or adding a second wall that has to look the same as the first. That changes what matters.
It means cabinet geometry, module type and receiving card have to match what you already have, not just the pitch. Send us the cabinet and module model, or photographs of the label on a panel you own, and we will check compatibility against the batch before you order. Where a batch is compatible we will confirm it in writing with the specification sheet; where it is not, we will say so rather than let you find out on site.
LightLink is one of 4 brands we hold: 3 batches ≈ 400 m² with roughly 400 m² of the 1,490 m² currently on our floor. If you are comparing makers and pitches, the product page lists everything in stock and the brand overview puts LightLink next to Dicolor and LightLink. What is tested before dispatch, and what paperwork comes with the batch, is set out on the inspection records page.
