Certificates & Quality Assurance
Every one of the 12 batches we hold — around 1,490 m² of used rental panels across 4 brands — leaves our Shenzhen facility with a documented inspection and calibration record, and that record travels with the goods.
Dead LED Repair & Scan
Our job is to repair dead LED and ensure that all LEDs are 100% working before shipping. Panels that cannot be brought to full working condition are removed from stock.
Optical / Colour Calibration
We renew the panels by doing colour calibration where necessary, using the correction system to perform chromaticity correction for better consistency across the whole screen.
Component Replacement
Failed lamp beads, damaged masks, damaged chips, inoperative receiving cards, power supplies and aviation plugs are fully replaced — not left for you to discover on site.
Completeness Check
Flight case, butterfly locks, screws, and all power and signal cables are checked against the order. Missing parts are purchased new so you receive a complete system.
Written Guarantee, Not Verbal Promises
All work is guaranteed in writing. We write down the promise and stand behind it, so you do not have to worry about after-sales. If something is not right when the screens arrive, tell us with photos or video and we will resolve it.
- Per-batch inspection record available with your order
- Calibration data on request for colour-critical projects
- Spare parts prepared according to your order quantity
What each stage actually verifies
Four stages, each one catching a different class of failure. Naming them is easy; this is what they actually do.
| Stage | What we check | What it prevents |
|---|---|---|
| Dead LED scan | Every module powered and scanned; failed lamp beads, damaged masks and damaged chips replaced | Dead pixels appearing on the assembled wall |
| Optical and colour calibration | Chromaticity across cabinets corrected where drift exists | A wall that looks patchy from cabinet to cabinet |
| Component replacement | Receiving cards, power supplies and aviation plugs replaced rather than patched | Failures in the first weeks of operation on site |
| Completeness check | Flight case, butterfly locks, screws and all power and signal cables checked against the order | Missing parts stopping your build half way |
Module level, not batch level
It is easy to test a screen by powering it up and looking at it from the front. That catches dead pixels and almost nothing else. Our inspection runs at module level: each module is scanned before it goes back into a cabinet, and failed components — lamp beads, masks, chips, receiving cards, power supplies and aviation plugs — are replaced rather than noted in a report.
It also means we sometimes lose stock. A module that cannot be brought back to full working condition takes its cabinet out of the batch, and we remove it rather than ship it and let you find out on site.
Ageing test before packing
After repair and calibration, every batch goes through an ageing test before it is offered for sale. The cabinets are powered together and left running at working brightness, which is the stage where weaknesses that never show in a short bench check tend to appear.
The ageing test exists because a used panel can look perfect for the first ten minutes and still be hiding a marginal power supply or a lamp bead that fails once it heats up. Running the batch for a sustained period is how we catch those before they become your problem on site.
- Early lamp-bead failures — LEDs that die in the first hours of running
- Unstable or marginal power supplies under sustained load
- Intermittent receiving cards and signal dropouts
- Colour or brightness drift that appears only as the cabinets warm up
Power-on and signal test before dispatch
Before a batch is packed it is powered up and run with a signal source, so the whole wall is exercised rather than individual panels in isolation. This is where seating, cabling and mapping problems show up, and it is the last chance to catch them before the cases are closed. The guarantee we issue is short and specific: 100% of LEDs working when the screens leave us.
The records described on this page are produced in the same facility that holds the stock — the warehouse page shows where the batches are stored, and the product page lists what is currently on the floor. If you would rather have the practical version of this page, the FAQ answers the questions buyers actually ask about testing, warranty and shipping in plain terms.
Documents that travel with the batch
We would rather over-document than argue later. Ask for any of the following with your order.
- Batch inspection record
- Batch specification sheet — cabinet and module size, pixel pitch, brightness, refresh rate, weight
- Packing list checked against the order
- Spare parts list, matched to the batch
- Photographs and video of the batch before packing
- Written guarantee issued with the order
Calibration data is available on request for colour-critical projects. If you need a document that is not listed here, ask — the answer will be yes or no, not silence.
