Jet Star Lighting Limited trades used LED display for rental, events and fixed installs. We currently hold 12 batches across 4 brands — roughly 1,490 m² of used panels — in Shenzhen, and in more than 15 years we have supplied 500+ customers in 50+ countries. That stock is real and on the floor, so the fastest answer you will get from us is a specific batch rather than a brochure.
Before you write, it helps to know what we can check for you: the warehouse page shows where the stock is held, the product page lists what is in stock by pitch, and the FAQ covers testing, warranty and shipping terms.
The fastest route is WhatsApp with photographs of what you are running now. One message tells us the cabinet type and pitch, and we can answer with availability instead of more questions.

What to put in your enquiry
The more of this you can tell us up front, the fewer rounds it takes to reach a usable quote.
- Brand and pixel pitch, if you already have a preference
- Quantity — square metres or number of panels
- Indoor or outdoor, and whether the wall is permanent or touring
- Cabinet model, if you are matching an existing fleet
- Destination country and port
- Required delivery date
- Whether you need spare parts, flight cases or a control system with the screens
If you do not know some of it, send what you have. An approximate brief that arrives today is more useful than a perfect one that never gets sent.
What you get back, and when
We answer enquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. For an available batch the reply normally contains all of the following:
- Availability against the pitch and quantity you asked for
- Photographs and video of the actual batch
- The batch specification sheet — cabinet and module size, brightness, refresh rate, weight
- A per-batch price and the lead time from Shenzhen
- Packing and freight options for your destination port
- The spare parts that would ship with the order
Nothing about a used screen should be a surprise on arrival. Anything we cannot show you before you buy, we will tell you we cannot show you.
Visit us in Shenzhen
If you are sourcing at scale, come and see the stock. Our facility is at NO.19 Tianbao Road, Shiyan Street, Bao’an District, Shenzhen, and we are open Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm. You can inspect a batch, watch the scan and calibration process, and check the packing before placing an order. Tell us the day before and we will have the batch you want to see pulled out and powered up.
